Lock Screen is not a Lock Screen

This has been bothering me since the existing of smartphone.Why when you lock your phone screen it is actually not a "lock screen?" 1. U can make emergency calls
2. U can silent
3. U can on torch
4. U can open camera
5. U can disable notification on certain apps that showing notification in the lock screen
6. U can dismiss notification
7. U can answer phone calls
8. U can reply texts.
Now tell me ... When can we have the real lock screen on phones?
