My police report for the accident

So after i was cheated by the tow people on the row. They hold my police report and i couldn't get access for it. Finally En. Rashid helped me and got my car towed out of the workshop for RM400 and got the police report. He emailed me and then i went to the police station. Unfortunately i have to get back to them after 10 days. Now im wondering how the guy made his report and weather i could claim my insurance from the teksi.. hmmm
