OH MY GAWD !!! If i was the customer service i wouldn't care about ethics or customer is always right because this guy is fucking stupid and annoying and dont even know whats the problem he is facing ! Just fucking annoying .. i would scream back to him and ask him to go to hell ! Hahahha but i doubt those customer service people would say so ... (might loose their job) but at least show some frustration to the customer. The girl was so polite .. (budaya kita budi bahasa) but the Indian was ok coz he showed some frustration.
