WOW !!! I never expected this would come anytime soon but apparently Maybank did it. Get used of being ahead they say. Quoting them :"Leave the queue behind with the new Maybankard Visa Wave. Payments are made faster; just wave it at the cashier counter terminal" Does this means retailers would have a seperate cashier for those people who are in posession of this bleeding edge technology? I doubt that retailers would have the card reader anytime soon though, not many people would go thru the hassle to apply for this card. Though if Maybank had approved my creditcard application, i would have got this VisaWave in a heartbeat. Too bad they rejected my application 3 times ! How ironic when someone really wants a creditcard couldnt get one and on the other hand my father who hates creditcards is getting offers pouring in the mailbox. The world just doesnt seemed right anymore i supposed ....
