Toogle returns an image (the first one it finds on google) and spits it out in ASCII format. ASCII means that there's not an actual image there, its generated by ASCII characters which means the ABC on your keyboard. Theres no actual image therefore the picture is a bit blur. It uses the optical illusion of font color with text to make it like an image. U can copy paste the thing if u want but without colors. This is related to some sort of ASCII art we use to use in mIRC in the old days.http://c6.org/toogle/
